Ralissa L. Suarez is an aspiring culinary entrepreneur with a strong foundation in baking, pastry, and food service management. A graduate of the American Academy of Culinary Arts at Pittsburgh Technical College, she is continuing her advanced training through Escoffier Online in Baking and Pastry.
Dedicated to professional growth, Ralissa is an active member and the treasurer of the American Culinary Federation Pittsburgh Chapter. Her culinary expertise is complemented by certifications in ServSafe Food Protection, Culinary Cannabis & Edibles, Purchasing, and Medical Marijuana Training.
Guided by the principle of improving by one percent each day, I live to help others. Food is my love language, and I want to share that with you. My desserts are always made from scratch.
